No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear products.
Exception – Damaged or Defective Item
An exchange or replacement will only be considered if the product received is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same item.
No refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations
