4. No Refunds / No Returns (Innerwear Exception)

  • We do not provide any refunds on orders.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear products, for hygiene reasons.

  • Exception: damaged or defective items. For those, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence. We may replace the item (no refunds).

5. Order Cancellation

You may not cancel once the order is processed or shipped.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • We strive for timely delivery but are not liable for delays caused by courier or external factors.

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be borne by the customer unless otherwise indicated.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us.

  • You may use content only for personal, noncommercial purposes with attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased.
